Cancellation and Refund Policy

We know you value the flexibility and accessibility of training that our style of programme delivery offers. Considerable organisation goes into planning this type of on-demand delivery and tutors may have limited time-slots available.

To help us maintain this flexibility please abide by the following Regulations;

1.     We offer training by negotiation. This means your tutor will have blocked out time just for you. He/she may have travelled, booked venues, and will have arranged for demonstration people. Other students may be involved.

2.     You will be required to pay a $250.00 deposit on Registration. This becomes non-refundable one week prior to your first scheduled training session for a one to one tutorial.

3.     For a workshop or intensive, the deposit is $500.00, which becomes non-refundable one week prior to the training.

4.     The balance of your training fee must be in paid in full 48 hours before the training. For tutorials, the fee is per tutorial. For workshops or intensives, the fee is the balance.

5.     If you are unable to attend your booked training because of extenuating circumstances within the cancellation period, you must communicate with the tutor at the earliest opportunity and discuss the possibility of having your deposit or fully paid fee carried over to a subsequent training.

6.     If you commence training, and subsequently decide to withdraw, or fail to show up for a booked training session, either workshop or tutorial, no refund is payable. If you change your mind again and decide to re-commence training, you will be required to pay in full for the new booking.

7.     If your training has been funded by WINZ, we are entering a contract by which you agree to complete the course in the three-month period specified in the TIA. If you cancel bookings that mean you might not fulfil your contract with HHT and WINZ, you will forfeit the TIA fee and we will advise WINZ accordingly. Your fee will not be carried over outside the period contracted for in the TIA.
